A short solo episode today all about motivation and why it's often lacking when it comes to moving our bodies.
The crux of the conversation today is our critical self-talk.
How helpful is it for us to should all over ourselves when it comes to establishing a fitness/ strength training regime?
Can we lower the bar when it comes to working out? ( Here I reference Dr Jenn Salib Huber and her podcast: The Midlife Feast.)
But I hear you cry if I listen to my body, I'll never get up off the sofa! Part of being a human means we will encounter internal resistance to moving our bodies in a way our brains perceive as 'hard work' . That's ok. To be expected in fact.
How can we make movement a little cosier? How can we find ease?
Tune in and let me know you're thoughts!

Please reach out if you would like some support with your relationship to food OR movement. Ela currently has limited spaces for Intuitive Eating coaching and if you'd like to reconnect with movement, contact Christine.
AND if you enjoyed this episode, please share and follow the 'Find Your Strong podcast' and if you have time, write us a short review. It would honestly mean the world. Love to you all, Ela & Christine x
