Dr. Travis Masterson is the Director of the Health, Ingestive Behavior, and Technology Laboratory and the Associate Director of Research for the Center for Immersive Experiences at The Pennsylvania State University. His research focuses on food cue reactivity, food noise, and how our food environment shapes our food choices and eating behaviors. His marketing research examines digital food and beverage marketing on social media and livestreaming platforms

Dr. Cardel is a nutrition scientist, registered dietitian, and a faculty member at the University of Florida, where she co-directs the Center for Integrative Cardiovascular and Metabolic Diseases.
