Summer is in full swing, the world is reopening, and travel is back on the agenda for a lot of people! That means trying to manage food, exercise, and sleep while on the road. Travel normally means health goals are off the rails until we get back into our normal routine, but today we share a few of our personal "hacks" to enjoy a vacation without completely unhinging from our health goals.
