If there is one word that strikes fear, it's cancer. But with alarming rising rates it is starting to feel like no matter who you are, you should figure out what your plan of attack will be if you are delivered such a diagnosis.
Even really healthy, young people these days are being told they have cancer.
I'm not here to tell you what to do. I can only share what I have learned, heard and know of with you, to raise awareness since the current model seems to be cookie cutter.
There are always strategies that can improve your health chances but that's the trick - getting motivated, taking action and following through. We ALL have trouble with that... but hopefully listening to this can provide some inspiration to do so.
