In this episode, Rachel is joined by her close friend and fellow Registered Dietitian, Miriam Shurpin, where they share their personal journeys of how they overcame the challenges of leaving the trenches of diet culture and pivoting their practice from a weight loss approach to a weight-inclusive one.
