About Jessica Anderson:

As Senior Vice President of Operations, Jessica Anderson is responsible for the oversight of Operations, Revenue Management, Marketing & Communications, Standardization and Process Improvement, Central Services and Sourcing & Procurement. Jessica previously served as the Vice President of Operations for Essex Property Trust from 2016 to 2019, during which time she was responsible for Southern California operations of over 28,000 units.
Prior to rejoining Essex in 2016, Jessica was the Vice President of Operations for Shea Properties. She initially joined Essex in 2014, taking over leadership responsibilities for Revenue Management at the merger with BRE Properties. Jessica started her career with BRE in 2001 and in 2012, after serving as Director of Operations for several years at BRE, she transitioned to revenue management, serving as the Vice President of Revenue Management.
