In this episode, I sit down with Jillene Gallatin, a grief and loss coach and yoga instructor, to explore the power of movement and mindfulness in healing. Jillene shares her deeply personal story of losing her mother to suicide at just 14 years old and how she struggled with isolation in a world that didn’t talk about grief.
