In this episode, I’m sharing the importance of challenging our thoughts and the profound impact they can have on our lives. We are not our thoughts; we are human beings experiencing thoughts. With an astonishing 60,000 to 80,000 thoughts racing through our minds each day—most of which are negative and repetitive—it's crucial to recognize that these thoughts are not facts. They are merely programming we have internalized over the years, often without even realizing it.

Throughout the episode, I challenge listeners to confront their inner dialogue. I ask, "Why do we accept our thoughts as truth?" Many of us would never allow others to speak to us how we often speak. I share a personal anecdote about a limiting belief I held for years, which was not even my own, illustrating how easily we can adopt narratives that do not serve us.
