Manage episode 510305395 series 3105660
In this episode, I share how your energy speaks far louder than your strategy. I emphasize that no matter how well-prepared we are with scripts or strategies, if our energy is off, whether it's anxious, ungrounded, or frustrated, our message will fall flat. I encourage listeners to prioritize their own energy and well-being before attempting to lead or connect with others. If we are running on empty, we cannot effectively serve or inspire those around us.
Throughout the episode, I share personal anecdotes and insights about how our nervous systems constantly scan for safety and congruence in our environments. I highlight the importance of being regulated and grounded, as this energy is magnetic and attracts the right opportunities and people. I explain that clients and audiences can subconsciously sense our energy, often responding more to how we make them feel than to the actual words we say.
