Today we're joined by British running legend Steve Cram in an episode recorded in front of a live audience at one of his running training camps in Rutland.

Steve sets the scene by talking about how he gets inspired byseeing runners of all abilities coming together and hearing their motivations.

He then takes wide-ranging questions from the audience - from pre-race superstitions to tips for preparation. They discus the pace of slow runs, training plans and what they did in training in the past which they now think was a waste of time!
