For today’s episode I thought it would be interesting to break down whether oat milk is "bad" for you because it seems to consistently be demonized in the media and I wanted to know for myself since I personally like it. We cover the three major arguments people pose when discussing oat milk and break down what the science has to say about each one: It raises your blood sugar. It is a source of seed oils which are “bad” for you. It is sprayed with glyphosates which lead to cancer. I also share the flip side which is the positives of drinking oat milk and help you make the decision best for your health.
