Josh and Lara discussed the upcoming Military, Police and Firefighter Nationals event, which will take place at the Newnan Centre in Newnan, Georgia on Saturday, March 15th from 9 to 4. They also discussed the upcoming National Governing Body (NGB) meeting scheduled for Monday, June 30th, where several positions, including the President and Executive Committee, will be up for election. Lara suggested that attending the NGB meeting could provide insight into the inner workings of USA Powerlifting. They discussed a lifter who came in 0.2 kg over their weight class limit and the options available to them, including moving up a weight class or attempting to cut more weight. Lastly, they announced a new series, "Recent Randomness".
