With the amount of demands we have on a day-to-day basis, it's no wonder the majority of society is hyped on whatever can get them through the day.

What may seem super simple multitasking, our brain is going even faster than we imagine with all the subtle activities we don't even consider - that humming noise at the back of the room, the tapping of the wrist from your water, the itch that needs scratching on your knee.

Add to the meetings, sales pitches, drop offs, dinner plans and the overstimulation can get a bit much.
