Hi lovers, remember us?! Kiko and Emily are back after a summer sabbatical – with reflections to share, of course! Emily shares about a traumatic experience and what her healing process has looked like physically, emotionally, and spiritually, navigating numbness and feeling again. Kiko advocates for the psychedelics as a healing modality, Emily guides us through a cosmic breakup, and both decide journaling your way into healing is difficult, and loving yourself more is always possible ;)
