It’s the Winter Solstice. A day, a cosmic occurrence where we recognize the transition of seasons and we honor the light. It’s the shortest day and the longest night of the year. From this point forward the light will grow longer.

There are a lot of astrological forces happening during this Capricorn season creating big changes and shifts in the energetic realm. I am noticing a lot of messages coming in every day to me. I’ve noticed my meditation times are increasing and I am loving that.

What are you noticing? Are you allowing yourself time to pause? Are you using your practices?

It’s a time to go beyond your old beliefs!

Working in the the Akashic Realm is so valuable. It gets you out of your mind. It opens up space … it breaks through time. It’s a realm of possibility. This realm helps you connect to your dreams, intuition, and visions. It is about paying attention and Incorporating the divine into your everyday life rather than just living in the mind, the intellect.

If you don’t have a spiritual practice, now is the time to start one. I can help you with this. It is a time to shed old programming and a spiritual practice can help you with that. It’s why I teach what I teach and mentor people and help hold that accountability. It’s so easy to start something and then stop.

What are the imprints that keep happening?

You know, there is a myth about working Akashic Records. There is a false belief which states that humans should not access Akashic Records during their lifetime. The myth questions humans for peering inside the Records before they die. A closer analysis of this myth shows it does not make sense since it defies logic for the source to create records about our actions, deeds, thoughts, and other information about our lifetime only to be used when we are dead.

The purpose of the information stored in the Records is that it can be applied to our lives so it can help us make informed, life-changing decisions. Records should help us learn and master different skills and techniques that can improve our lives instead of accessing that information only when we are dead. We are provided with the tools that can help us make aligned and appropriate decisions throughout our lives instead of waiting to die first and then applying that knowledge.

Spirit Guides - A Spirit Guide is an ethereal being or energy that provides guidance, support, and protection to individuals on their spiritual journey

Healing Guides - Healing guides in the Akashic Realms are spiritual beings that provide healing guidance and support to those seeking healing and transformation.

Angels - Angels are always willing and ready to help us. All we have to do is call them in. Create a heart link and channel their love right into your heart.
