We all know it’s coming one day, but how do we best prepare for it? The moment the household goes quiet, and suddenly there’s less chaos and dependencies surrounding you. Maybe it’s the kids becoming adults and setting off on their own, or maybe it’s early retirement, but we all reach that day where you look around and realize you’re in a transition and your everyday normal starts to slow down and change. That’s exactly what client turned coach Michele Canon is here to talk about this week: how to focus on goals and prioritize your wellness in this new phase of life. Michele tried it all, keto and fasting and cardio and all the things that are supposed to help you stay lean and feel your best, but through her own muscle building transformation and after taking Jenny’s STRONG Formula coaching certification program, she learned that the Strong Girls methodology was the best process for truly achieving that X-Frame physique and also led her to accomplish her own goals of getting published in STRONG Fitness Magazine and becoming a women’s fitness coach herself; focusing on building programs that are designed for aging women and empty nesters, proving that wellness doesn’t “end” as we age, in fact it can truly begin and you can thrive at any age!
