When you sit down to plan out your week, are you feeling excited or overwhelmed? If part of you feels overwhelmed and unsure where to start, I want to give you a 10-step routine that you can copy today that will help get this important routine in place ASAP!
Having a solid plan before the week begins doesn’t mean your week will run perfectly every time, but it will help you feel more prepared, more confident about what needs to be done and where your time needs to be spent. It can also help reduce the stress of “trying to keep up” because you have built a plan ahead of time. You will know what is supposed to happen, when it’s supposed to happen, in what order, and what you can look forward to.
