For most people sleep is an afterthought

The grind culture of the Western world means most people don't get sufficient sleep

We get up early, go to bed late and rarely feel like we have lots of energy throughout the day

This then effects our mood, what we eat, how much we exercise, out ability to manage stress....

The list goes on
