Radical human life extension was on the menu for American longevity guru Peter Attia recently.

It begged the question to us - how and why are we even talking life extension when we can hardly reach 120?

Attia’s article focused on studies around rats and the drug Rapamycin, with older rats having their life extended by between 9 and 14%.

We discuss on this podcast the observation that humans are doing a pretty average job at even reaching 120 (arguably, it’s never been done).

Is the chase for lifespan extension noble or negligent?
