After the marathon, I gave myself more space to recover than ever before - and I still found myself overriding what my body was asking for.

This episode is part two of my 3-part post-race series, and it’s all about the after: the energy drop, the resistance to slowing down, and the uncomfortable truth that even intentional rest sometimes misses the mark.

I’m sharing why rest is hard for so many of us, how I’ve been practicing receiving in a deeper way, and why learning to pause before you crash is one of the most important parts of healing.
