Mac and I sat on the bed at the end of a 7 day training camp in Mallorca. We discuss how you can improve your performance on a bike by measuring your efforts - firstly just with heart rate analysis, then with the aid of a powermeter. It starts as a novice guide and evolves into helping the more experienced bike athlete.
