Thank you Melissa and the UCA crew for pushing me out of my comfort zone and encouraging me to give a 30 minute presentation at the October 2022 Chiropractic Essentials conference held in Birmingham. This is a recording of my 30 min slot with some pre and post comments about the talk.
My presentation covered 5 areas
Time: turning 50 and gaining perspective on time passing
Healing: My lumbar disc herniation recovery story
Immune system: My comments on the frustration I feel about how the globe losing faith in our immune systems. It was a perfect opportunity to do all we can to live a healthy lifestyle to boost our natural immunity, but instead we have just put all our faith in the covid vaccine and have been encouraged to carry on with poor health practices.
Professional relations: What can we as chiropractors do to work better together
