I sit down with Ricky Yee of Analog33 Media to introduce the podcast to all of you wonderful people, discuss where we are in our fitness journeys, the difficulties he's faced in executing his own training/diet plans, and the importance of systematizing your approach to fitness and self-management.
This first episode is by far the least organized, so please bear with us as we find our groove. By Episode #2, there's a clearer direction.
