Narcissist abuse can leave you feeling lost, invisible, and unsure of who you truly are. In this video, I share how I began to find myself after abuse — step by step, belief by belief. As someone who was raised by narcissistic parents, married a narcissist, and later saw these patterns play out through the next generation, I know the deep identity crisis this kind of abuse can cause. I didn’t know what I liked, how to speak up, or even what I believed. I was shaped by others for years… until I decided to reclaim my life. We talk about the emotional work, the journaling process I use and teach, and how even small things (like eggs, shoes, and TV shows) reveal big truths about what you really want.
