Did you know that many women start experiencing symptoms of perimenopause in their late 30s and early 40s? While menopause is a natural phase in a woman's life, many of us are left in the dark about what it really means.

In this solo episode, I share my personal journey and the challenges I faced, including gut issues, sleep disturbances, and joint pain, and how I eventually connected these symptoms to declining estrogen levels. This topic has often been understudied and misunderstood, even by healthcare professionals.
