In this episode, I reflect on turning 40 and how I realized I was just repeating a pattern from a decade ago. I also share some personal anecdotes and insights about women's resilience, and the societal structures that impact women's lives in light of International Women's Day.

I also highlight the importance of awareness and how it's ok to get into a pattern but becoming aware of it is the first step into making changes for it. I also touch on honoring mothers and understanding the cyclical nature of women's lives.

The episode concludes with a meditation focused on self-acceptance and gratitude.

PSA - I forgot to finish off saying at the start of the episode - I am not against rebranding and changing outdated terminology but I think it's safe to say I am not trying to shame anyone[s body image by using the word "fat" in the way I did at the start of this episode. I did forget to finish my story about the Fat Controller's name change because I do agree with the fact there is no need to name a character after their body image!

I did warn you all that my thought train goes off on a tangent sometimes and I forget to come back to what I was saying!!!

Anywayyyyy....
