Culp is also an accomplished athlete, winning 3 state titles in high school, All-American honors in college, and completing his first Ironman at the ripe old age of… 19 😊. He continues to compete at a high level and writes regularly for outlets including Men’s Journal, Slowtwitch, and 220 Triathlon. He lives in Illinois with his wife & 2 kids. Regardless of where you sit as an athlete or coach, you’re going to love Culp’s insights.
