In this weeks episode I will talk about how finding the right form of movement is so important if we are to achieve our health goals, as not all of us are lucky enough to naturally love exercise. It is all about what is right for you, and not just thinking that we should love all forms of working out. Its just not that simple, despite what diet culture tells us, and getting to the bottom of what you personally enjoy is vital for our long-term success.
