In this episode I will talk about consistency and the important role that flexibility plays in terms of us achieving our health goals. So often in diet culture all emphasis is put on us being consistent and little attention is paid to how flexibility is needed if we are to build a healthy relationship with food and exercise. We need to stop beating ourselves up if our consistency wavers and instead learn flexibility. In this episode I will discuss some different aspects of consistency, what causes it to waver, and how learning flexibility is the key to success!
